• Batteries are covered under a warranty period of 3 months due to wear and tear.

Faults/Scenarios NOT Covered Under 12 Months Warranty

• Battery-related faults that occur after 3 months of warranty has surpassed.
• Self-inflicted damage such as cracked screens or bent frames.
• Returns lost in the post without proof of postage.
• Wear and Tear – (Battery after 3 Months), accessories.
• Postage Reimbursements.
• Devices Returned With User Accounts.
• Devices that have had repairs completed from an outside source without our authorization.

Additional Warranty Information

• If a device is returned with a user account, customer cooperation is required to remove it, or the warranty will be voided and no refund issued.
• Devices returned with self-inflicted damage (e.g., cracked screens or damaged casings) will void the warranty and be returned to the customer.
• Replacements will match the cosmetic condition of the returned device.
• If a device is uneconomical to repair, a replacement will be issued.
• We are not liable if a device is irreparable and data cannot be retrieved.
• Warranty covers replacements and repairs only. Refunds are available within 30 days under our return policy, not warranty.
• Devices returned in a lower cosmetic condition than purchased will be replaced with a similar grade.
• Valid warranty claims will be processed within 0-2 days of receiving the return.
